What is a Psychic Medium?
A medium is someone who has the power to use his or her psychic abilities to see the past, present and future events of a particular person by focusing on the spirit energy surrounding that individual. Meaning mediums can rely on the presence of non-physical energy outside of themselves for relevant information on a person.
However, there are two different types of mediums: a mental medium and a physical medium. A mental medium is someone who is able to receive the thought vibrations of those who have passed onto the spirit world. Meanwhile, a physical medium is an individual who has the necessary chemicals for the physical phenomena of spiritualism. Spirit leaders teach us that every human soul carries the ability to unfold phases of mediumship. Although we cannot choose the phase we wish to develop, mediumship is still considered a very sacred gift and is deserving of every effort that we can make. Through the gift of mediumship, we accept the idea of continuity of life, removing all fear of death. A medium received comfort knowing that they can still communicate with loved ones who have passed on to a higher phase of life. We receive the knowledge of the higher phases in life and a great understanding of the natural laws. By understanding the universal law, we learn to be masters of our own destinies.
